Richa Agarwal, Founder & CEO

Richa’s career has spanned the intersections of fashion, artisan-handicrafts and international development. She is an entrepreneur with a deep multi-sector experience in managing cross-functional global teams, including a track record of design innovation, value creation, and resolving supply chain issues via the use of strategic technology. Richa also teaches graduate level business and design courses at the Pratt Institute. She is the recipient of several academic scholarships, a frequent speaker at conferences and a finalist for the Aspen Institutes Business and Society Fellowship. Richa is an avid traveler and currently lives in the New York Metropolitan area.

Christina Valauri, Co-founder & Senior Strategic Business Adviser

Christina’s public service experience early on, shaped her core values of sustainability and a commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principals, applied to all business initiatives. She has broad expertise in management and business strategy gained over several decades developing and executing business strategies within US and European financial services firms, where she held senior management positions in capital markets, serving on operating committees and successfully building and leading multi-sector research teams in the US and globally. She has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal’s “Best On The Street” All Star Analyst Survey and has received the Award for Excellence in Medical Education Public Affairs, in recognition as a founding partner of a women’s health education non-profit.  She has a passion for cross cultural cuisines, art, music and global travel.
