Richa Agarwal, Founder & CEO
Richa Agarwal is a social entrepreneur, an educator and has multi-sector experience in managing innovation for organizations such as Calvin Klein, Polo Ralph Lauren, Eileen Fisher, The Gates Foundation and the NGO BRAC. Having spent many years working at the intersection of the global apparel industry and international development, Richa's forte includes operationalizing supply chain sustainability via the use of strategic technologies. Funded by the Gates Foundation, Richa has managed large projects to bring innovative technology and CSR approaches to the apparel sector, impacting over 65,000 workers and indigenous artisans. Richa also teaches graduate courses in Design Management and International Business at the Pratt Institute. She has addressed audiences around the globe on the topics supply chain transparency and human rights, including policy makers at the United Nations and the OECD headquarters in Paris. She is the recipient of several academic scholarships and Aspen Institute's Business and Society Fellowship finalist.

Christina’s public service experience early on, shaped her core values of sustainability and a commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principals, applied to all business initiatives. She has broad expertise in management and business strategy gained over several decades developing and executing business strategies within US and European financial services firms, where she held senior management positions in capital markets, serving on operating committees and successfully building and leading multi-sector research teams in the US and globally. She has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal’s “Best On The Street” All Star Analyst Survey and has received the Award for Excellence in Medical Education Public Affairs, in recognition as a founding partner of a women’s health education non-profit. She has a passion for cross cultural cuisines, art, music and global travel.
